What ages do you treat?

Typically, I treat adolescents starting at age 15. I treat young adults and adults of all ages.

Do you offer medications, therapy, or both?

The short answer is both. Treatment is personalized to your current needs. I am an integrative talk therapist as well as a specialist in psychiatric medications.

Can I see an outside therapist?

Of course. I am happy to collaborate with any existing clinician(s) in order to help optimize your care.

Do you take insurance?

I am not a part of any insurance network. However, I will provide you with statements that you can submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you offer a phone consultation prior to meeting?

Yes, feel free to contact me and schedule a no-charge phone consultation.

Do you meet in person, or virtually?

As of now, I meet with asymptomatic, vaccinated individuals in my office. I also offer virtual appointments to suit patient needs and add convenience.

Where are you licensed?

I am licensed in New Jersey, Rhode Island, New York and Massachusetts.
