About Dr. Manfra
I received my undergraduate degree in English from Boston College, summa cum laude, and a doctorate in medicine from Rutgers - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. I completed my psychiatry residency at Brown University/Butler Hospital, where I served as Chief Resident, and I have completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at Brown.
I am currently a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown University, and I was previously in-house psychiatrist at Johnson & Wales University. I have taught and mentored numerous psychiatry residents, medical students, psychology graduate students and other trainees.
I have expertise in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology and forensic psychiatry.
I am Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and I am licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey, Rhode Island, New York and Massachusetts.
